USCIS Proposes Electronic Registration Requirement for H-1B Petitions

The Department of Homeland Security is proposing a rule that would require employers seeking to file H-1B petitions for foreign workers to first register electronically with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services during a designated period, in an effort to manage the annual numerical limitations on H-1B visas.
