USCIS Seeks Public Comments on Extension of Form I-881 Information Collection

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is seeking public comments on the extension of its currently approved information collection for Form I-881, which is used for Adjustment of Status to Permanent Resident based on family-based petitions. The public has until March 2024 to submit their comments on this proposed extension.
