Coast Guard Releases Policy for Evaluating Compliance with EPA's Vessel General Permit

The U.S. Coast Guard has issued a new policy letter to help evaluate compliance with the Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) Vessel General Permit (VGP) for vessels operating in U.S. waters, including those with foreign flags.
