US Commerce Department Announces Final Results of Countervailing Duty Review on Cold-Rolled Steel from Korea

The US Department of Commerce has concluded an administrative review, finding that Hyundai Steel and POSCO, major steel producers/exporters from South Korea, received subsidies on their cold-rolled steel exports to the US during 2023, resulting in a countervailing duty to be imposed on these products.
