U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services to Exercise Authority Under Section 212(d)(3)(B)(i) of the Immigration and Nationality Act

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will exercise its authority under Section 212(d)(3)(B)(i) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, a provision that allows the agency to expedite the processing of certain immigration applications, particularly those related to humanitarian or emergency situations.
