Coast Guard Amends Security Zones for Cruise Ships in Port of San Diego
The US Coast Guard is updating its regulations for security zones around cruise ships in the Port of San Diego, California, to focus on navigable waters within a 100-yard radius of the ships. The changes remove a reference to shore area and prohibit entry into the zones without authorization from the Captain of the Port San Diego or a designated representative.
