Coast Guard Proposes Special Local Regulations for Marine Event in Chestertown, Maryland

The US Coast Guard is proposing special local regulations for the reenactment portion of the Chestertown Tea Party Festival, a marine event on the Chester River, to ensure the safety of life on navigable waters during the event.
