Coast Guard Proposes Permanent Security Zones Around Cruise Ships in Southeastern New England

The U.S. Coast Guard is proposing a permanent regulation to establish security zones around cruise ships in the Southeastern New England Captain of the Port Zone, aimed at protecting vessels and the public from sabotage, subversive acts, or other malicious acts.
