Coast Guard Proposes Special Local Regulations for Baltimore Dragon Boat Challenge

The US Coast Guard is proposing to temporarily restrict vessel traffic in the Patapsco River during the Baltimore Dragon Boat Challenge, a marine event scheduled to take place on June 25, 2011, to ensure public safety.
