Coast Guard Proposes Changes to Anchorage Ground in New Bedford Harbor Superfund Site

The U.S. Coast Guard is proposing amendments to an existing anchorage ground in New Bedford Harbor, Massachusetts, which overlaps a pilot underwater cap, and establishing a regulated navigation area to protect the site from seabed disturbance, without affecting transit or navigation.
