Coast Guard Proposes Temporary Regulation for Extreme Sailing Series in Boston Harbor

The US Coast Guard is proposing a temporary special local regulation in Boston Harbor to ensure the safety of life on navigable waters during the Extreme Sailing Series Boston regatta, restricting vessel traffic and prohibiting non-participating vessels from entering the designated race area.
