Department of Homeland Security Considers Merging Records System Under Privacy Act of 1974

The Department of Homeland Security is proposing to consolidate a records system related to the Support Anti-Terrorism by Fostering Effective Technologies Act of 2002 into its existing records system, in compliance with the Privacy Act of 1974.
