Coast Guard to Enforce Special Local Regulation for National Maritime Week Tugboat Races in Seattle

The US Coast Guard will enforce a special local regulation for the annual National Maritime Week Tugboat Races in Elliott Bay, Washington, from 12 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on May 14, 2011, to ensure the safety of participants and spectators due to the risks associated with large wakes from the tugboat races.
