Draft Programmatic Environmental Assessment for Hazard Mitigation Safe Room Construction

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has prepared a draft Programmatic Environmental Assessment (PEA) to evaluate the potential environmental impacts of constructing safe rooms to protect populations from extreme wind events.
