Coast Guard Proposes Temporary Safety Zone for Rohto Ironman 70.3 Miami

The U.S. Coast Guard plans to create a restricted area in Biscayne Bay, east of Bayfront Park, in Miami, Florida, on October 30, 2011, to ensure the safety of triathlon participants, boats, and the general public during the 1.2-mile swim portion of the event.
