CBP Requests Public Comment on Documentation Requirements for Articles Entering the US Under Special Tariff Treatment

The US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is seeking public input on new documentation requirements for imported goods that benefit from special tariff treatment, as part of its efforts to reduce paperwork and burden on respondents, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
