Coast Guard Proposes Temporary Safety Zone for Independence Day Fireworks on Chesapeake Bay

The US Coast Guard is proposing a temporary safety zone on the Chesapeake Bay near Ocean View Beach Park in Norfolk, VA, to ensure the safety of mariners during the Shore Thing and Independence Day Fireworks event on July 4th.
