U.S. Customs and Border Protection Issues Final Determination on Country of Origin of Pocket Projectors

U.S. Customs and Border Protection has issued a final determination on the country of origin of pocket projectors, concluding that the manufacturing and testing operations performed in Taiwan do not substantially transform the non-TAA country components, and therefore the country of origin is China when assembled in China, and Taiwan when assembled in Taiwan.
