Coast Guard Proposes Temporary Special Local Regulation on Sabine River for S.P.O.R.T Boat Races

The U.S. Coast Guard plans to implement a temporary restriction on vessel traffic in the Sabine River, Orange, Texas, from September 24-25, 2011, to ensure public safety during the annual S.P.O.R.T boat races.
