Coast Guard Proposes Special Local Regulations for Marine Events in Bogue Sound, NC

The U.S. Coast Guard is proposing a special regulation to protect spectators and vessels from hazards during the 'Crystal Coast Grand Prix' powerboat race on Bogue Sound, adjacent to Morehead City, North Carolina, on August 20-21, 2011.
