DHS Proposes Exemptions for Alien File System of Records

The Department of Homeland Security is proposing to exempt certain portions of the Alien File, Index, and National File Tracking System of Records from the Privacy Act of 1974 due to criminal, civil, and administrative enforcement requirements.
