CBP Requests Public Comment on Petition for Remission or Mitigation of Forfeitures and Penalties Incurred

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is seeking public input on a new information collection requirement related to petitions for remission or mitigation of forfeitures and penalties incurred, as part of its ongoing efforts to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
