Coast Guard Establishes Temporary Special Local Regulation on Monongahela River for Mountaineer Triathlon

The Coast Guard is setting up a restricted area on the Monongahela River in Morgantown, WV, from mile marker 101.0 to 102.0, to protect participants of the Mountaineer Triathlon from marine traffic hazards, and only authorized personnel are allowed to enter, move within, or leave the area.
