Coast Guard Temporarily Adjusts Drawbridge Operation Regulations at Chesapeake, VA

The Coast Guard is temporarily modifying the drawbridge operation rules for the Gilmerton Bridge across the Elizabeth River in Chesapeake, VA, to alleviate traffic congestion caused by the new Gilmerton Highway Bridge construction, with the changes effective until December 20, 2013.
