Coast Guard Proposes Special Local Regulations for Chesapeake Challenge Power Boat Races

The U.S. Coast Guard is proposing special local regulations for the 'Chesapeake Challenge' power boat races, a marine event scheduled to take place on the Patuxent River near Solomons, MD on September 24 and 25, 2011, to ensure the safety of life on navigable waters during the event.
