Coast Guard Proposes Changes to Amtrak's Dock Bridge Operation Regulations

The US Coast Guard is proposing to modify the rules governing the operation of Amtrak's Dock Bridge across the Passaic River in New Jersey, in response to the bridge owner's request for reduced staffing, citing low usage of the bridge.
