Coast Guard Proposes Temporary Change to Special Local Regulations for Hydroplane Event at John H. Kerr Reservoir

The US Coast Guard is proposing a temporary change to special local regulations for the 'Clarksville Hydroplane Challenge' hydroplane races on the John H. Kerr Reservoir, aiming to ensure public safety during the high-speed event, which will feature approximately 80 powerboats racing counter-clockwise around an oval course on the reservoir's waters.
