FEMA Submits Information Collection for OMB Review and Clearance

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is requesting public comment on its information collection activities, including the use of FEMA Form 078-0-2A and FEMA Form 078-0-2, as part of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 review process.
