Coast Guard Establishes Temporary Safety Zone for Bullhead City Regatta

The U.S. Coast Guard is setting up a restricted area on the Colorado River in Arizona to ensure the safety of participants, spectators, and vessels during the Bullhead City Regatta on August 13, 2011, and will only allow authorized vessels to enter the area.
