EPA Lodges Proposed Amended Consent Decree for Environmental Cleanup and Settlement Agreement

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has lodged a proposed amended consent decree for the cleanup of contaminated sites under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA), as well as a proposed stipulation, settlement agreement, and order under the Federal Debt Collection Procedure Act and the Federal Priority Act.
