Solicitation for a Cooperative Agreement-Production of Five Live Satellite/Internet Broadcasts (15 Hours)

The National Institute of Corrections (NIC) is seeking proposals from organizations or individuals to collaborate on producing five live satellite/Internet broadcasts, with a minimum of 15 hours of content, starting from March 2013 for up to 12 months. The proposed broadcasts will include 3-hour and/or 2-day interactive training sessions, as well as pre-recorded video clips to enhance the broadcast's visual elements.
