DEA to Temporarily Schedule Three Synthetic Cannabinoids

The Deputy Administrator of the Drug Enforcement Administration is issuing a notice to temporarily place three synthetic cannabinoids, UR-144, XLR11, and APINACA, into Schedule I of the Controlled Substances Act due to an imminent hazard to public safety, with a final order expected to be published in the Federal Register by May 13, 2013.
