U.S. Department of Justice Amends ATF Regulations to Clarify Defense Article and Service Controls

The Department of Justice is updating Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) regulations to clarify the controls on defense articles and services, including those related to the Arms Export Control Act (AECA) and Executive Order 13637, and to distinguish between the USML and ITAR lists.
