NMFS Grants Preliminary Approval for Exempted Fishing Permit Application in Support of Maine Center for Coastal Fisheries

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has given preliminary approval to an Exempted Fishing Permit (EFP) application submitted by the Maine Center for Coastal Fisheries, allowing federally permitted vessels to fish outside regulations in support of their proposed exempted fishing activities.
