NIJ Seeks Hand-Held Cell Phone Detector Devices for Evaluation

The National Institute of Justice is seeking companies to supply hand-held cell phone detector devices for an evaluation by the NIJ Corrections Technology Center of Excellence, with the goal of improving correctional facility safety.
