US Department of Commerce Preliminarily Determines Antidumping Duties on Certain Quartz Surface Products from India

The US Department of Commerce has found that Cuarzo and Beyyond Rocks Private Limited sold quartz surface products at below normal value during a recent review period, while Pokarna Engineered Stone Limited did not. The department will rescind the review for 53 companies and consider rescinding it for four others, inviting comments from interested parties.
