Solicitation for a Cooperative Agreement-Sexual Safety in Women's Institutions

The National Institute of Corrections (NIC) is seeking proposals for a cooperative agreement to develop and pilot a blended-learning curriculum addressing the safety of women inmates in correctional institutions. The project, which will run for 18 months, will be a collaborative effort with the NIC Community Services Division and will utilize virtual instructor-led training (VILT).
