The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has lodged a proposed consent decree with the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, outlining a plan to clean up contamination at a site in New Jersey under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) and the Clean Water Act (CWA)
