DEA to Temporarily Schedule Three Synthetic Phenethylamines

The Deputy Administrator of the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) is issuing a notice of intent to temporarily schedule three synthetic phenethylamines, 25I-NBOMe, 25C-NBOMe, and 25B-NBOMe, into Schedule I of the Controlled Substances Act (CSA) due to an imminent hazard to public safety, with a potential final order to be published in the Federal Register by November 12, 2013.
