DOJ Corrects Final Rule on Exemption of Records Systems Under the Privacy Act

The Department of Justice (DOJ) has corrected a final rule published on November 21, 2013, which incorrectly referred to 'paragraphs' of a new section in the Department's Privacy Act exemption regulations, instead of 'subsections'. The corrected rule revises the new section to exempt two OCDETF systems of records.
