U.S. Department of Commerce Preliminarily Finds Mexican Copper Pipe and Tube Maker Sold Below Cost, Rescinds Review for Another Company

The U.S. Department of Commerce has found that Nacional de Cobre, S.A. de C.V. sold seamless refined copper pipe and tube from Mexico below normal value during a recent review period, and is rescinding the review for another company, GD Affiliates S. De R. L. de C.V. and IUSA, S.A. de C.V.
