HHS Announces Final Effect of Designation of Employees for Special Exposure Cohort

The Department of Health and Human Services has made a final decision designating a class of employees at the Piqua Organic Moderated Reactor site in Ohio as part of the Special Exposure Cohort under the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act of 2000.
