HHS Finalizes Designation of Brookhaven National Laboratory Employees for Special Exposure Cohort

The Department of Health and Human Services has made the final effect of its 2009 decision to add a class of employees at the Brookhaven National Laboratory in New York to the Special Exposure Cohort under the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act of 2000.
