DOE to Review Petition for Special Exposure Cohort at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory

The US Department of Energy has announced its intention to evaluate a petition to include a class of employees at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory in the Special Exposure Cohort under the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act of 2000, which covers workers who worked at the lab from 1950 to 1973.
