FDA Confirms Effective Date for Paracoccus Pigment Color Additive Rule

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has confirmed the effective date of December 17, 2009, for a final rule that allows the safe use of paracoccus pigment as a color additive in salmonid fish feed to enhance their flesh color.
