FDA Announces Reorganization of Office of the Commissioner

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is reorganizing the Office of the Commissioner (OC), which includes the organizations and their substructure components listed in the document, after previously publishing a notice in the Federal Register on August 18, 2009, with errors that are now being corrected.
