Restrictions on Joint Bidders for Outer Continental Shelf Oil and Gas Lease Sales

The Bureau of Ocean Energy Management, Regulation and Enforcement has imposed restrictions on joint bidders for Outer Continental Shelf oil and gas lease sales to be held between November 1, 2010, and April 30, 2011, due to the joint bidding provisions of 30 CFR 256.41.
