Interim Deputation Agreements and Guidelines Published for Tribal Law and Order Act of 2010
The Office of Justice Services will use three Interim Model Deputation Agreements and the Interim BIA Adult Detention Facility Guidelines, published online, following the passage of the Tribal Law and Order Act of 2010, to govern adult detention facilities on Native American reservations.
