BOEMRE Seeks Comments on Extension of Coastal Impact Assistance Program (CIAP) Information Collection

The Bureau of Ocean Energy Management, Regulation, and Enforcement (BOEMRE) is requesting public comments on an extension of its information collection activity related to the Coastal Impact Assistance Program (CIAP) State Plan Guidelines, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, to ensure compliance with the Energy Policy Act of 2005.
