Endangered Species Permit Application and Habitat Conservation Plan Released for Public Comment

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has made available a permit application and proposed conservation plan for Crosspoint Presbyterian Church in Florida, seeking a 5-year incidental take permit under the Endangered Species Act, and invites public comment on the proposal.
